【ポジションの目的】
- テクニカルサービス、マーケティング、開発チーム、レギュラトリーチームと連携し、PSS全領域のマーケティング・開発戦略に従って、開発・技術活動を管理・実施する。
- プロジェクトオーナーとして、フィージビリティ段階や機会発見段階などの初期段階のプロジェクトをリードし、初期段階でのサードパーティからの導出を含む。
- アイデアの収集を含む全てのLCMプロジェクトをリードし、促進する。
- すべての開発活動のコストマネジメントを行い、PSS責任者および関係者に報告する。

【主な担当領域と活動内容】
1) 承認された予算内で、外部試験管理・活動を含む全ての生物学的試験を計画・実施する。
2) 登録・承認を取得するまでの全ての開発（薬事規制の一部）活動に責任を持つ。
3) すべての技術情報をすべてのPSSおよび関連組織に報告する。
4) 海外、作物側、競合他社の活動を含む全ての技術データおよび情報の収集と共有。(JAPR, JPPA, Bogiken, JTCA, JWPA, 政府研究機関, 外部機関, 政府機関, 大学, 開発チームミーティング, 薬事チームミーティング等）。
5) PSSのマーケティング戦略、特に技術的な側面について、関係各所と協力し、支援・主導する。
6) JTCA/JQPAの維持、承認取得。
7) 第三者とのコラボレーションと技術的な部分をリードする。
8) LCM手順（Strive、NG、アイデア修正）をリードし、促進する。
9) 関連する全てのグローバル/リージョナルミーティングに積極的に出席する。
10) プロジェクトのすべての視察報告および手続きを定期的に報告する。


【Objectives of the Position】
The objectives of this position are
- Managing and implement development & technical activities with technical service, Marketing, development team and Regulatory team following marketing and development strategies for all PSS segments.
- Lead as a Project owner of early-stage project such as feasibility stage and opportunity finding stage, include 3rd parties out-licensing at early stage.
- Lead and facilitate all LCM projects including collecting idea.
- Cost management of all development activities and reporting to PSS head and relevant person.

【Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities】
1) Plan and implement all biological trials including external trials management/activities within approved expense budget.
2) Highly responsible all development (some part of regulatory) activities until getting registration/endorsement.
3) Report to all technical information to all PSS and relevant organization.
4) Collecting and sharing all technical data and information including oversea, crop side, and competitors’ activities. (JAPR, JPPA, Bogiken, JTCA, JWPA, government Research station, external institutes, government organization, University, development team meeting, and regulatory team meeting etc…)
5) Support and lead all PSS marketing strategy, especially technical sides collaborate with all relevant people.
6) Maintain/taking for endorsement of JTCA/JQPA for our products.
7) 3rd party collaboration and lead technical part.
8) Lead and facilitates LCM procedures (Strive, NG, idea correcting).
9) Proactively attend all relevant global/regional meetings.
10) Report all visit report and procedures of projects regularly.

■実務経験
技術部門（Dev, Reg, TS）での5年以上の実務経験、または 農薬製品の社内テクニカルマーケティング経験
■技術的・専門的知識
都市害虫防除の経験があれば尚可。
■学歴
学士号、修士号、博士号が望ましい。
平均的な英語力（スピーキング、ライティング）が望ましい。

■Working Experience
▪ Minimum 5 years work experience as technical department (Dev, Reg, TS) or
Internal technical marketing experience in agrochemical products.
■Technical & Professional Knowledge
▪ Experience of Urban pest control is preferable, but not mandatory.
■Education
▪ Bachelor’s degree, Master and PhD is preferred.
▪ English speaking and writing ability at average level are mandatory.
