- Lead JP and KO HROP team to ensure daily operation accurate and on time. Ensure our HR operates efficiently and aligns with EFQM yearly objectives. Set objectives for the team and track progress based on metrics. Track key HROP metrics like cost per hire and retention rates

- Bachelor's degree or above, a focus in Human Resources or Management is preferred.
- 10+ years of People Operations/Human Resources related experience. Experience managing a team.
- Leadership and influencing abilities - strong business partnering skills and HR acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking abilities, coaching skills, and project management.
