山口県山陽小野田市、福岡県北九州市に正極および前駆体の製造拠点を構えています。日本市場でのコミットメントをさらに強化し、既存のバッテリー材料事業とのシナジー効果を創出します。

◆ Objectives
　•Implement product development activities and Intellectual Property effectively with support of supervisor.
　•Propose the solution idea by developing the market/customer required performance products with cost-efficient way with support of supervisor.
◆ Core Responsibility: Responsible for customer-specified products development
　•Support appropriate products and its process technologies with support of supervisor.
　•Try and Implement projects on customer-specified products locally with budget planning.
　•Development sampling and sample logistics with support of supervisor.
　•Product & material IP management with support of supervisor
◆ People Development
　•Propose training plan to develop self and others in his own initiative.
◆ EHS and compliance
　•Support Safety and EHS requirements in own initiative

■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, 年末年始

【必須】
・Education: University Bachelor’s degree. Master’s Degree or Doctor’s degree are preferred
・Technical & Professional Knowledge : Chemical and/or engineering related knowledge
・Working Experience
