We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer. Becoming our new customer focused Technical Supporter, you will report to Sales Director, Japan dotted line to Technical Support Manager located in Singapore and be part of our technical support team consisting of 15 employees.

Becoming our Technical Supporter, you are offered an exciting and responsible position with great opportunities to create your own stamp on the position. You will daily be working with cutting edge technology and be part of our great technical support team, which supports our distributors all over the world.

■Most important tasks:
・Always assure the functionality of our robots
・Ensure that our distributors are trained and offered the highest level of technical support
・Provide pre-sales technical support to sales, partners, and customers
・Maintain demo room and accommodate visitors for technical meeting and demos
・Take part in the preparation of technical material
・You should expect to have +100 annual days of travelling
・Participate in international exhibitions

To succeed in this role, it is essential that you are self-motivated and know how to provide the highest level of support to our customers and service them on a professional level.

■休日：完全週休二日制, GW, 祝日, 年末年始, 土, 夏季休暇, 日

■Professional competencies
・You have an engineering degree and it would be beneficial if you have work experience with robotics and/or automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and/or industrial automation or other related fields.
・You should be able to program (e.g. Python) and have a good general understanding of computers and networking - WIFI knowledge would be especially valuable.
・PLC programming skills would also be an advantage.
・It is essential that you both speak and write Japanese and English on a professional level.
・Driving a car/light truck could be necessary from time to time, hence a driving license with good driving record is required.
