• Perform in-depth analysis of revenue performance and growth, profit and loss reports, operating variances, revenue reports and key performance indicators
• Lead discussion with business units to provide insights to performance and efficiency to facilitate achievement of departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Prepare timely statutory reports and management reports for shareholders and key managements
• Coordinate with Asia Pacific to provide detailed analysis on new menu performance and promotional effectiveness
• Produce models to project short to mid-term forecast
• Participate in developing annual budgets and rolling forecast with business units
• Actively engage in communication with the global private equity firm

• Minimum of a few years (2-3 yrs) of relevant analytical experience in FP&A
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
• Able to solve complex problems
• Fluent English and Japanese
• Advanced computer software skills in excels
