＜職務内容＞
アフターセールス&品質管理システム部では、日産車を購入されたお客様へ各種のサービス提供するために必要なシステムや車両/部品の品質維持改善業務の遂行をサポートするシステムを開発・運用しています。

アフターセールスサービスエンジニアリング領域では、コネクティッドデータを利用したCRM、車両診断機、サービスマニュアル、部品カタログなどの各種システムを開発・運用しています。
プロジェクトマネージャーとしてアフターセールス部門ユーザと協業し、現状の作業プロセス改善や、新たなニーズに対応するためにサポートするシステムの仕様を検討し、開発プロジェクトをリードします。

ビジネスプロセスの可視化、データモデリング、システム開発等の経験を踏まえた、プロジェクトマネージメントスキルが必要です。

＜Main Tasks＞
The After-Sales & Quality Management Systems Department develops and operates systems necessary to provide various services to customers who have purchased Nissan vehicles and systems that support the performance of quality maintenance and improvement work for vehicles / parts.

In the after-sales service engineering field, we develop and operate various systems such as CRM, vehicle diagnostic equipment, service manuals, and parts catalogs that use connected data.
As a project manager, we collaborate with users in the after-sales department to review current work process improvements and system specifications to support new needs, and lead development projects.

Project management skills based on experience in business process visualization, data modeling, system development, etc. are required.

For after-sales systems and quality control systems, we are developing not only systems for Japan but also global systems that are widely used at overseas bases.Through system development and introduction, we will collaborate with members from various countries, have a culture that respects diversity, and can acquire an international sense.
　The amount of data handled in after-sales is increasing due to connecked cars, etc., and it is possible to be involved in the development of new business areas and improve our own skills.

■休日：週休二日制, 年末年始

＜MUST＞
　・英語スキル：電話会議に支障が無いレベルの英語力（TOEIC750点以上であれば望ましい）
　・自動車業界のビジネスに明るく、かつ、システム開発経験がある
　・ITシステム開発のPM経験がある　(領域問わず)

自動車業界経験：あれば尚可
TOEIC：600

＜Skills and Experience Required (MUST)＞
・ English skills: English proficiency at a level that does not interfere with conference calls (preferably with a TOEIC score of 750 or higher)
・ Being bright in the business of the automobile industry and having experience in system development
・ Has PM experience in IT system development (regardless of area)

Experience of the car industry：preferred
TOEIC：600

＜WANT＞
上記のMUSTいずれかに対して3年以上の実務経験
ビックデータ解析プロジェクトの実務経験

自動車業界経験：あれば尚可
TOEIC：750
