IT（PM・SE） - 社内SE（インフラ）

＜職務内容＞
グローバル情報システム部⾨のインフラストラクチャーアーキテクト（Cloud/DevOps）として、各リージョン（北米、欧州、インド) のメンバーと共に以下の業務を推進する。
(例）
1. DevOps プラットフォームの設計・構築・運用
　　チケット管理ツール・ドキュメント管理ツール
　　ソースコード管理ツール　
　　CI/CDツール
　　テストオートメーションツール
　　パフォーマンス監視ツール
　　コードレビューツール、等
2. DevOps、Agile開発の適用拡大
　 　CI/CDパイプライン開発支援
　 　DevOps、Agile開発プロセス標準の策定
　 　ユーザトレーニング

■休日：週休二日制, 年末年始

＜MUST＞
【要件】
【下記いずれかの経験】
・事業会社のIT部門でのITインフラ構築に関するプロジェクト管理経験
・ITベンダー、コンサルティングファーム、Sierでの ITインフラ構築に関するプロジェクト管理経験
・海外の関連部署と、英語での協業ができること
・物事を積極的に推進できる⾏動⼒と、臨機応変に対応できる柔軟性

日本語能力: Native
自動車業界経験：あれば尚可
TOEIC : 600 (基準に満たない方は応相談）

＜Skills and Experience Required (MUST)＞

・ Project management experience related to IT infrastructure construction in the IT department of a business company
・ Project management experience related to IT infrastructure construction at IT vendors, consulting firms, and Sier
・ Being able to collaborate with related departments overseas in English
・ Behavior that can actively promote things and flexibility that can respond flexibly

Japanese level: Native
Experience of the car industry：preferred
TOEIC：600

＜WANT＞
・ソフトウエア開発に関連する課題解決や、組織変革を主導した経験
・Git系バージョン管理ツール (Bitbucket,Github,GitLab)を用いた、ソフトウエア開発経験
・バージョン管理ツール、チケット管理ツール、CIツールが Integrationされたインフラ環境の構築・運用経験
・海外の関連部署と英語で積極的にコミュニケーションを行い、方向性の提案や利害が相反する場合の調停などを含め、全体の活動を牽引できること
・グローバルメンバーで構成されるクロスファンクションチームにおける、プロジェクトリーダの経験

自動車業界経験：あれば尚可
TOEIC：650

＜Skills and Experience Requested (WANT)＞
・ Experience in solving problems related to software development and leading organizational change
・ Software development experience using Git version control tools (Bitbucket, Github, GitLab)
・ Experience in building and operating an infrastructure environment that integrates version control tools, ticket management tools, and CI tools
・ Being able to actively communicate with related departments overseas in English and lead overall activities, including proposals for directions and mediation in the event of conflicting interests.
・ Experience as a project leader in a crossfunction team consisting of global members
