He/she will be required to have deep understanding of internal and external variables effecting the businesses (vendors, customers, industry, internal resources & processes, etc.), and work with the team of buyers and site merchandisers to analyze business opportunities and purpose, lead, and execute projects, leading and partnering with cross functional and international teams. The PM will also be responsible to drive new business initiatives outside of our traditional realm of business.
The PM position is a great position to understand our overall business, enhance your leadership capabilities, deliver tangible business results, and eventually move into a general management role within 2-3 years.

【必須】
Competencies required:

•Strong analytical skills in interpreting business performance, key financial metrics, online metrics
•Project management skills in leadership, communication, identifying key contacts, reporting
•Tools: comfortable with data analysis through excel and internal business intelligence tools
•Capable of working in ambiguity---no set tasks, need to identify projects, set own goals, and work with cross functional teams
•Exceptional Japanese & English communication skills a must

•MBA, MS, or BS preferable
