【Summary of the role】
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to contribute to our brand &
performance marketing, mainly in charge of digital communication and influencer engagement
activities.
The role is to focus on executing paid media initiatives, managing contents on social media and
our website, leading and coordinating CRM newsletters, and activating influencer and YouTuber
collaborations. In addition to the above, the person will assist various projects, such as CRM
campaign/promotion, PR event, etc. together with the other team member/s.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on digital experience who thrives in a fast-paced and
with motivation to explore further marketing activities beyond digital.
The person reports to the head of marketing, Commercial Marketing Director, while Marketing
Manager supervises the person in some areas of digital communication. Also, she/he is partnering
locally with Marketing Manager and Marketing Supervisor, collaborating with Retail team including stores staffs, as well as interacting with other divisions along with the projects (B2B, B2C,Finance).
Ultimate goal for this role is to access wide audience for awareness/image enhancement, capture
new potentials and drive quality traffic to stores.
【Key responsibilities】
1, DIGITAL PAID MEDIA (30%)
Understand paid media strategies, annual plan and reviews/data analysis.
Execute and optimize day-to-day paid media implementations (search, SNS) along with the plan.
Prepare creatives, considering contents x media/menu matrix.
Monitor weekly trend and consult for any necessary modifications.
Work closely with Marketing Manager/agency.
2, SOCIAL MEDIA & WEBSITE (20%)
Understand social media (mainly Instagram) strategies, annual plan and reviews/data analysis.
Manage contents of social media, including usage of global contents, local activations and creations of case studies.
Monitor monthly trend, especially engagement and consult for any necessary modifications.
Maintain, monitor and update contents of website, including page creation of local activations and proof reading of global contents.
Work closely with Marketing Manager/agency.
3, CRM NEWSLETTER (20%)
Understand CRM (mainly new potential acquisitions) strategies, annual plan and reviews/data
analysis.
Prepare calendar and manage contents of CRM newsletter delivered to CRM members,
including usage of global contents and local activations.
Monitor click rate trend regularly and consult for any necessary modifications.
Work closely with Marketing team/Retail team/agency.
4, INFLUENCER/YOUTUBER (15%)
Understand influencer/youtuber roles and action plan.
Coordinate assigned influencer collaboration, from needs hearing, coordination, installation to
contents exposures.
Implement product seeding of new collections towards micro influencers.
Coordinate assigned youtuber collaboration, from needs hearing, coordination, installation to
contents exposures.
Work closely with Marketing team/Retail team/Store staffs/agency.
5, OTHERS (20%)
Other projects, such as CRM campaign/promotion, PR event
Track and analyse data related to responsible actions under supervision
Work with agencies and productions as partner to draw their abilities in a maximum way
Monitor and operate Marketing budget related to responsible actions
