【Job Description / Capsule】
• In working with the Talent Acquisition Lead, HR Business Partner, Hiring Managers, and
colleagues in Talent Acquisition team, manage autonomous end-to-end recruitment process to hire
the best talent through a diverse channel mix.
• Conduct an intake meeting with the hiring manager(s) providing guidance and advice on the
appropriate Talent Acquisition strategy
• Manages the RPO operating model and day to day operations.
• Manages the operations of talent acquisition in accordance with key performance metrics and
holds RPOs accountable for agreed upon performance standards.
• Develops strong relationships within the Global Recruitment organization to gain input to the
development and implementation of marketing strategies, processes, and standards for measuring
success
• Ensures all communications messages and materials deliver continuity of messaging with the
overall corporate position and adhere to brand guidelines
• Facilitates Social Network Feedback and Communication: Monitor the Recruitment Social
Network sites, liaise with appropriate area, and draft fitting response to inquirer
• Assists the line managers with the analysis of each channel, including employee referral
scheme, job boards, social networks, emails, events, ads, various sites and campaigns
• Delivers the Global Employee Referral Program - coordinates the process, to targeted segments
throughout the organization
• Works with Recruitment Marketing agencies to develop and/or review all recruitment
communications intended for use with candidates /applicants /new hires.
• Ensures consistency with recruitment brand strategy, positioning and messaging
• Gathers and analyzes candidate feedback from various sources
