■当社のGA Managerとして、総務、アドミニストレーション、ファシリテーション、下記付随する業務を担当頂きます。
・Manage BU interface to in-house legal counsel; BU/legal entity first point of contact for contract & agreement matters & review, manage ringi and maru-in approval processes within legal entity/BU
・ In charge of BU/legal entity insurance matters in alignment with global/country processes and people in charge
・ Manage lease agreements & related contracts for various rented facilities (plant, tech center); fixed asset and maintenance related responsibilities for rented facilities in alignment with owners & related units
・ Project & spot support to Head of Controlling Asia, assistance & coordination for cross functional topics & initiatives
・ Interface to shared service IT incl. IT budget/cost control and matters requiring escalation;
・ In charge of BU intranet administration within global/country framework & tools
・ In charge of BU/legal entity communications in alignment with global/country tools
・Management of owned & leased car contracts & insurance, as well as rent a car matters
・Management of basic (outsourced) facility services such as security/access, cleaning, utilities, waste management, water servers, courier, etc.
・ BU responsibility for travel settlement tool (SAP Concur) & company credit cards as primary point of contact for legal entity/BU in alignment with global/country functions
・ Responsible for legal entity / BU NPM (non product material) / indirect spend expense control & coordination in alignment with regional purchasing■休日:完全週休二日制, GW, 年末年始, 土, 夏季休暇, 日

・メーカーでの総務、ファシリテーションなどのご経験
・英語ビジネスレベル
・IT リタラシーのある方(SAP経験歓迎)
・プロアクティブ、セルフスターター、グローバルな環境の中でも率先して仕事を進める事が出来る方
・コミュニケーション力、柔軟性の高い方
