■Role Purpose：
Serve as the strategic global business partner leader, partnering with site leadership and global stakeholders to shape workforce strategy, enable leadership excellence, and drive cultural transformation. This role influences enterprise priorities while ensuring operational excellence and talent readiness for future growth.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including strategic partnership at senior levels.
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead through ambiguity.
- Strong analytical capability with experience in People analytics and workforce planning.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Japanese; ability to navigate cultural nuances.
- Growth mindset and ability to drive transformation in a fast-paced, global environment.
