Financial Planning and Analysis, Reporting
- Lead the finance team of 2 supporting staffs (AR&AP) and support the manufacturing plants in Saitama and Hyogo.
- Staffs training and development
- Lead the financial close independently and assist forecasting and annual budgeting.
- Handle and manage all statutory and tax requirements.
- Responsible for financial activities reporting to US corporate.
- Communicate clearly the drivers for the month’s results and provide gap analysis to Financial Controller.
- Provide value added financial analyses with accurate data to help business leaders make better decisions.
- Manage selected local statutory requirements, tax matters, and corporate secretarial activities.
- Fixed asset–related tasks, including progress management, fixed asset ledger management, and preparation of depreciation asset tax returns.
- Any ad hoc assignments.

■Reporting to：Financial Controller
■2 manufacturing plants in Saitama (~40 staff) and Hyogo (~45 staff) prefectures. This position will be expected to visit both plants several times in a year.
■ Finance team use Oracle

■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, 年末年始

- Audit background or working experience in a US MNC preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of Japanese GAAP, US GAAP, Local Tax
- Oracle and Hyperion knowledge will be an advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in the use of advance excel.
- Independent worker who requires minimum supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and accept new challenges.
- Strong process management with continuous improvement mindset.
- Accountancy university degree or higher is a must.
