■職務要約
ハーマンのソフトウェアプロジェクトリーダーとして、テレマティクスプロジェクトにおけるソフトウェア領域をリードしていただきます。プロジェクト全体の予算管理や品質確保に責任を持ち、円滑な開発推進を担います。
また、ソフトウェアに関するあらゆる事項についてお客様との主要な窓口となり、グローバルに展開するソフトウェアプロジェクトチームを統率しながら、最適なソリューションの提供を実現していただきます。

■具体的な業務内容
１．ソフトウェアプロジェクトチームのマネジメント
チーム全員が製品仕様を正しく理解し、プロジェクト組織における自身の役割と責任を明確に把握して業務を遂行できるよう、体制づくりと認識合わせを行います。

２．プロジェクト管理プロセスの構築・運用
プロジェクト特有の制約条件やステークホルダーの要件を考慮しつつ、HARMAN標準プロセスに基づいたソフトウェアプロジェクト管理手法および開発ライフサイクルを定義・確立します。

３．グローバルとの連携・コミュニケーション
プロジェクトに関わる海外拠点を含むクロスファンクショナルチームと、定期的なコミュニケーションと調整を行い、スムーズな連携体制を維持します。

４．進捗・品質報告および経営層への説明
ソフトウェア開発の進捗を定期的に報告し、プログラムレビューや品質レビュー、運用レビューにおいて、社内外の上級管理層に対してプロジェクトを代表して説明します。

５．マイルストーン管理とスケジュール策定
プログラム管理部門、顧客、サプライヤーと連携しながら、ソフトウェアプロジェクトのマイルストーンスケジュールを策定・更新し、確実な達成に向けて管理します。

■About the Role
As a SW Project Lead at Harman, you are responsible for successfully running the Software part of our Telematic Projects and ensure project deliveries in time, budget and quality. You are the face to the customer for all SW topics. You are orchestrating the virtual, cross functional, global SW project team.

■What you will do
Deliver next-generation Telematic Units to the customer.
Act as / Be the face to the customer for all SW related topics.
Orchestrate virtual, cross functional, global project teams.
Plan, monitor, control and track the software project to achieve the goals with respect to schedule, effort, product quality and process quality in a timely manner.
Represent the program internally and externally to senior management

■What else
Assure that all software project team members understand the product, understand their roles in the project organization and accept their responsibilities.
Define and establish software project management process and development lifecycle activities derived from HARMAN standard process considering project specific constraints and stakeholder needs.
Establish communication and synchronization with global cross functional teams involved in the project on a regular base.
Provide SW program status updates on a regular base. Represent the program internally and externally to senior management during program, quality, and operations reviews.
Create and update software project milestone schedule, synchronized with program management, customer, and suppliers.
Identify SW development work products, plan and monitor their regular release within SW Maturity Gate according to the defined software development lifecycle.

【応募要件】
１．工学系（電気工学、情報技術、コンピュータサイエンス）または経営学の学士号、もしくは同等の学歴をお持ちの方
２．日本語（レベル2相当）およびビジネスレベルの英語力を有する方
３．グローバルに分散した開発環境におけるプロジェクト管理・調整の実務経験（ウォーターフォール、アジャイルいずれの手法にも精通していること）
４．高い分析力と問題解決能力を備えている方

■Requirements
・University degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science) or Business Administration or appropriate graduation
・Fluent Japanese (Level 2) and Business English.
・Expert knowledge in project management and coordination in a globally distributed development environment (Waterfall, Agile).
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Global mindset, teamwork in a multi-location team, enterprise approach.
・Knowledge of process models (e.g. Automotive SPICE®, CMMI).
・Ability to understand complex systems, to break down and structure into reasonable parts so dependencies become visible, describable, and thus manageable.
・Proven and effective communication, analytical, judgment, initiative, and execution skills.
・Team management with 10+ people directly or indirectly.
