As a Quality Assurance Specialist at This Company, the role ensures compliance with Japanese regulations and global quality systems, overseeing GQP activities such as deviation management, change control, documentation, and audits.

The position supports quality oversight for product release, manufacturing sites, incident management, self‑inspections, and coordination with the Japan QA Head to maintain regulatory alignment and operational quality.

It also contributes to cross‑functional collaboration by promoting CARE values—fostering teamwork, clear communication, accountability, and engagement within the organization.

■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, 年末年始

• 3+ years experiences in Quality (GMP and/or GQP) for pharmaceutical products.
• Knowledge of Japanese law and regulations such as Drug and Medical Devices act, GQP, GMP and GDP.
• English communication skills
• Experience of manufacturing control and quality control.
• Pharmacist
• Experiense of QA Specialist
