This position will be responsible for supporting the field service team. Main Task is to support their office work and be bridge between
customer and engineer.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

Create standard certificates and issue.
Telephone operation from customer and dealer
Customer management for field service
Quotation
Communication with internal and external customer
dispatch and schedule management in the future

・標準証明書の作成と発行
・顧客およびディーラーからの電話対応
・フィールドサービスにおける顧客管理
・見積書の作成
・社内外の顧客との連絡調整
・今後の派遣およびスケジュール管理

バイオプロセス製品

■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, GW, 夏季休暇, 年末年始

【Qualifications & Skills】
・2-3 years’ experience as Sales support or Service support job
・PC skill (MS office, Excel, Word, PPT)
・Native-level Japanese with strong overall communication skills
・Strong team player
・Strong aspirations for self-growth in a global company
・Able to read and write in English; willingness to learn English and to make efforts to speak in English when required

【Ideal requirements (additional to above requirement)】
・g multi-tasking skills
・Experience of service support in a global (non-Japanese) company
・Experience of SAP (ERP) operation
・Intermediate or above English Skills (speaking and listening)
