Packaging design and evaluation for oral and injectable products
•商業用・治験用製品の包装プロセス開発
Packaging process development for commercial and clinical use
•国内外GMP製造拠点への技術移管支援
Global technology transfer support to GMP sites
•コンビネーション製品（医薬品＋デリバリーデバイス）の設計・文書管理
Combination product design and documentation
•規制当局提出用文書の作成及び照会事項への対応（包装・デバイス関連）
Regulatory documentation and compliance management
•商業化後の製造課題の解決・改善（CMO，材料ベンダー等との連携）
Post-commercialization troubleshooting and improvement
•新素材・新技術・包装/デバイスソリューションの調査・評価
Innovation in materials and packaging/device technologies
•若手研究者への包装・デバイス評価試験の指導
Mentorship and training of junior researchers

■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, 夏季休暇, 年末年始

＜必須 / Must＞
•製剤開発，包装設計，製造における5年以上の経験
At least 5 years of experience in formulation development, packaging design, or manufacturing

＜歓迎 / Want＞
•臨床段階から規制当局申請までの包装設計・プロセス開発経験
Demonstrated expertise in packaging design and process development, spanning from clinical stages to regulatory submission
•包装・デバイス関連の規制文書を独自に作成できる能力
Proven ability to independently prepare regulatory documentation for packaging and medical devices
•ICHガイドラインおよびGMP基準に関する高度な知識
Comprehensive knowledge of ICH guidelines and GMP standards
•海外製造拠点への技術移管経験
Hands-on experience in technology transfer to international manufacturing sites
•グローバル連携に必要な英語力（TOEIC 730点以上または同等）
Strong English proficiency for global collaboration (TOEIC 730+ or equivalent)
•社内外関係者（潜在的パートナー含む）と効果的に関係構築できる優れたコミュニケーション力・論理的思考力（日本語・英語両方）
Exceptional communication and analytical skills, enabling effective relationship-building with internal teams and external stakeholders (including potential partners)
