概要：太田工場における安全文化の確立を主導・推進

■職務内容
Ohta Office Safety Promotion Work
- This role focuses on changing employee awareness and fostering a positive organizational culture.
・Instilling management and EHS policies at the workplace level.
・Conducting safety culture assessments (surveys, on-site inspections, interviews).
・Promoting safety contacts, near-miss reporting, and risk assessments.
・Setting, monitoring, and reporting KPIs (Safety Culture Indicators).
・Analyzing the causes of accidents from a human behavior and psychology perspective and developing measures to prevent recurrence.
・Leading the creation of training materials based on external training, implementation plans, and effectiveness verification.

大田事業所安全推進業務
- 本業務は従業員の意識改革と積極的な組織文化の醸成に重点を置く。
・職場レベルでの管理方針及びEHS方針の浸透
・安全文化評価の実施（調査、現場点検、ヒアリング）
・安全コンタクト、ヒヤリハット報告、リスクアセスメントの推進
・KPI（安全文化指標）の設定、進捗管理、報告
・人的行動・心理学的観点からの事故原因分析と再発防止策の策定
・外部研修に基づく教育教材の作成、実施計画、効果検証の主導

- 工場・プラント・製造現場・建設現場における安全衛生業務の経験
- 化学専攻の大学卒業者
