仕事内容

国内電気電子デバイスメーカーやテープ加工メーカーへのテープ提案、販売を行っていただきます。
【担当商品】 両面テープ、光学透明テープ(OCA)、導電性・熱伝導性などの機能性テープ

■Job Overview
•Achieve sales and margin targets for the defined product and customer groups within the related supply chain (eg PNS, WOC, etc)
•Spec-in material from defined customers Japan design center regardless where sales is generated
•Work with global team to complete global OEM spec-in, provide timely support to customers in Japan
•Execute short-, mid- and long-term strategies for assigned markets, customers and products

■Geographical Scope and Key KPIs/Figures
In charge of all defined electronics customers in Japan
Sales KPIs (reflected in bonus targets) e.g. PNS, etc.
PNS in 2026: EUR 2.115 million (subject to FX rate adjustment)
CRM Open Opportunities Value (be defined later)
CRM Won Opportunities Value (be defined later)

■Travel requirements
[domestic/international] [90% / 10%]

■ Essential Responsibilities and Duties
•Short-, mid- and long-term account penetration
•Product positioning and selling
•Constant monitoring of actual vs. planned PNS developments and implementation of respective counter-measures in case of deficiencies
•Market research to identify future growth prospects and active approach of such accounts / market segments
•New product promotions, customer training, technical and supply services including claim handling
•Specification / approval work at direct and indirect customers
•Regular communication and information exchange with counterparts in other countries and in HQ (e.g. BU)
•Provide sales forecast and Periodical report on business activity of relevant assignment
•Implementation of effective pricing strategies
•Cross border demand coordination and forecasting


■休日:完全週休二日制, 年末年始

■ Qualification
〇Educational level & Certifications
•B.A. degree / graduated degree or equivalent
•Most preferred in Engineering
•Business English (writing and speaking)

〇Experience
•Minimum 3-5year experience in sales
•Knowledge on technical & sales
•Network in the relevant business field will be preferred

〇Personal characteristics (mindset, behavior, physical abilities if applicable)
•Goal-oriented, self-motivated, self-initiative
•Strong time management and organization skills
•Strategic thinking and problem solving skills
