【Your Job】
Human Resources Business Partner for assigned business lines at Molex Japan.

【What You Will Do】
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute the business/talent strategies which make growth and innovation.
- Provide any valuable points of views for business leaders in terms of talent and culture
- Provide support in creating effective business organization and functions
- Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance
management and employee development goals.
- Provide HR expertise in areas of feedback, employee relations,
development and coaching, compensation and organizational
development.
- Solve any employee related issues with business and demonstrate expertise in labor laws or HR compliance fields.
- Work with global HR/HRBP teams in order to create strong HRBP capabilities across Molex and Koch
- Participate in new implementing HRIS and other global projects
