経理・財務 - FP&A（ファイナンシャルプランニング&アナリシス）

開発事業およびアセットマネジメント事業、ならびにプロジェクトSPC（TMK、GK、TK、ISH等のエンティティ構造）の財務会計、予算管理、資金管理、財務報告、ガバナンスプロセスを担当します。

・正確かつタイムリーな財務・管理会計レポートの作成
・関連する法令・規制へのコンプライアンス遵守
・日本法人に関するFP&A業務の補助
・外部会計サービスプロバイダーとの調整
・グループおよびアジア地域のファイナンスチームとの連携

■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, 夏季休暇, 年末年始

【CAPABILITIES & BEHAVIOURS】
• Experience in foreign investment in real estate development and operation in Japan via SPCs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of general and transactional accounting, cost accounting and reporting.
• Proficiency in both JGAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Knowledge of local tax system as well as tax and statutory audit.
• Possess problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work through complex issues.
• Demonstrates potential for strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business insights.
• Proactive in seeking out knowledge, capable of leveraging Lendlease’s global platform for application to the improvement of the Japan business.
