ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Assistance
Manage schedules of the CEO (Japanese speaking) and the COO (English speaking) and handle all related coordination.
Arrange shareholder meetings and manage all communications.
Coordinate hotel bookings and logistics for visitors.
Submit expense reports
Provide administrative support for ad-hoc projects requested by management.
Office Management
Oversee the office supply purchases and maintain office equipment, including invoice handlings.
Manage third-party vendor relationships, and maintain supplier contracts.
Efficiently handle incoming calls, visitors as well as postal related.
Manage office moves and space reconfigurations for optimize workspace utilization.
Maintain a clean and well-organized office environment.
Manage fire prevention protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Manage disaster-preparedness supplies.
Assist with employee onboardings and offboarding processes.
■休日:完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, 年末年始
- 求める経験

Experience
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in executive/team assistance and/or general administration
Experience working in a small-sized organization
Skills
Fluent Japanese and business English are required both in verbal and written
Proactive/self-starter, sociable/ considerate, interpersonal, team-oriented personality
Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Passionate to learn new things
Education
Bachelor's degree or an associate’s degree
