■Role and Responsibility
・ Logistics sourcing strategy development
・Market cost benchmark, logistics cost breakdown and analysis
・Generate cost reduction idea, planning and execution together with internal Logistics operation team and external suppliers
・Contract management, Suppliers performance and relationship management
・Work closely with oversea procurement team to gain Unilever global leverage
・Repack cost management including secondary packaging materials
・Capex Procurement for investment projects related to factories and warehouses

Global procurement portfolio team
Japan Supply Chain
Japan R&D

■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, GW, 年末年始

＜Mandatory＞
・Logistics Procurement experience or Logistics Engineer in 3PL or Logistics provider
・Negotiation skill for cost control
・Basic supply chain knowledge
・Fluent in both Japanese and English

＜Preferred＞
・Working experience as Logistics Kaizen consultant
・Analytical skill for cost and supplie
