■PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Global HR Mission: As a reliable business partner and change agent, we drive organizational reforms and people development to achieve our mid-term goals and sustainable growth, and to transform Rigaku into a truly global enterprise.
As a senior member of global HR, this position is expected to lead talent development, organization development, culture changes, and employee engagement to support the business leaders and employees.

■ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage key HR initiatives and processes, which include Corporate MVV (mission, vision and values) and Rigaku Competencies deployment, organizational reform, change management, performance management, succession planning, talent acquisition & onboarding, learning and development, pay & bonus review, employee relations, employer branding, engagement surveys, and internal communication.
Identify strengths and opportunities of organizational capabilities and culture of Rigaku, advocate for new directions, engage stakeholders, and support mindset changes over the course of transformation necessary for Rigaku.
Develop a plan, obtain consensus, and orchestrate projects to fulfil these duties in collaboration with key stakeholders of the business units, regions, group companies and corporate functions.
Invite and listen to feedback and adapt behaviors accordingly.

■KEY STAKEHOLDERS
Internal: Key business leaders and employees of the client business units and region, Corporate functions, CHRO, HRBPs, COE, Recruiting & Learning, HR Shared Service and global HR team
External: Business partners (e.g. recruiting agents, HR service providers, HR consultants, lawyers, accountants)

■KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR (KPI)
Financial performance of the business
Key global HR tools and processes implemented, managed and utilized with good quality
Improved succession pipeline, talent caliber, retention, staffing efficiency
Employee engagement, demonstrated leadership & accountability, and employer brand recognition
Demonstrated Rigaku Competencies and feedback from key stakeholders


■休日:完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, GW, 夏季休暇, 年末年始

■PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 7-year experience as HR Business Partner in global companies and Japanese companies
Strong base in some of the key HR areas (e.g. talent management & acquisition, performance management, L&D, OD, employee engagement, C&B, labor relations)
Experience of implementation and enhancement of HR policies and processes on a global basis
Minimum 5-year experience of team management and development
Cross-cultural experience such as international assignment and/or overseas university education
Experience of Global HRIS (e.g. Workday, Success Factors) preferred

■KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Good understanding of global HR functions, tools and processes
Effective interpersonal and communication, active listening, coaching, counseling and facilitation skills
Change leadership and management skills
Planning and project management skills
Advanced English (verbal/written), must manage meetings and interviews in English
Analytical skills, data driven approach
Excel, PowerPoint, Word, AI
