The Organizational & Capability Planning Strategy Lead drives the design and implementation of agile, future-ready organizational structures aligned with transformation goals. Collaborating with senior leadership and HR, the role manages organizational assessments, workforce planning, change management, and talent development to enhance cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement. Performance is measured by organizational effectiveness, business impact, change adoption, stakeholder feedback, and ongoing improvements through data analytics.

■休日：完全週休二日制, GW, 夏季休暇, 年末年始

■Qualifications and Experience Needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in organization design, business transformation, or strategic HR roles preferably in Japan.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including commercial operations and corporate functions.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing organizational structures in complex, matrixed environments.
• Expertise in change management methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools.
