The Senior Change Manager leads the design and execution of change management strategies for transformation initiatives, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and sustained impact. Key responsibilities include developing change plans, managing risks, engaging stakeholders, implementing training, and fostering continuous improvement. Success is measured by adoption rates, stakeholder engagement, training completion, milestone achievement, sustainability, and effective risk management.


■休日:完全週休二日制, GW, 夏季休暇, 年末年始

■Qualifications and Experience Needed
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of leading complex transformation projects with an understanding of change management principles, methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci), and tools.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively as well as strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results in a matrixed environment.
• Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean Six Sigma) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
