■担当業務概要：
フィールドプロセスエンジニアは、顧客の装置に関するプロセス技術の専門家として、装置の設置・評価・改善を担当します。顧客ニーズに応じたプロセス開発や技術サポートを行い、装置性能の最適化と顧客満足度向上に貢献します。
世界の半導体メーカー向けに当社が手掛けている「Deposition/薄膜装置、Etching/エッチング装置、Wet Clean/洗浄装置、PLP装置」を担当いただきます。
ご希望やご経歴により配属装置は異なります。

・半導体製造装置の立ち上げ/プロセス性能検証
・製造装置および生産に関する問題解決のサポート/データ分析、歩留まり改善
・次世代製造装置の開発サポート
・お客様へのデモンストレーション(お客様の要望に沿うようにプロセス及びハードウエアをカスタマイズし、お客様量産工場でのプロセス開発、生産性改善をサポート)

※開発・デモ及び改善業務で、米国本社へ行く事もあります。

■仕事内容詳細
・半導体製造装置のプロセスサポート、設置、性能改善、システム最適化
・新規アプリケーション開発や装置改良に伴うプロセス評価・実験（DOE）
・実験計画の立案・実施、データ収集・分析、報告書作成、改善提案
・顧客ニーズに応じたプロセス開発や小規模バリエーション対応
・プロジェクト管理（課題定義、計画策定、提案）
・顧客や社内チームとの技術連携、要件把握、課題解決
・装置設置時のトレーニング、技術指導、若手エンジニアの育成
・顧客満足度向上に向けた技術・サービス提案

This is a field process job for Deposition equipment that we are working on for semiconductor manufacturers worldwide.
Supporting the development of next generation manufacturing equipment
