こちらのポジションは「アカウンティング ＆ アウトソーシング」に関するポジションとなります。

シニアスタッフ、マネージャーの監督のもと、複数クライアントを担当いただきます。
・クライアントが行った会計の確認
・会計や税務に関するヘルプデスクサービスの提供
・決算書の作成
・クライアントとの英語でのコミュニケーション
クライアントは主に日本で事業を行っている外国法人の日本子会社で、取り扱う内容はインターナショナルな案件となります。

クライアントは99%日本にある外資系企業となり、取り扱う内容はインターナショナルな案件となります。

Under the supervision of a manager and senior staff, you will be responsible for multiple clients.
• Review clients' accounting books
• Provide accounting and tax related helpdesk services
• Prepare tax returns (corporate income tax and consumption tax, etc.)
• Prepare year-end financial statements,
• English communication with clients.
The clients are predominantly Japanese subsidiaries of foreign companies doing business in Japan, and the work handled is international in nature.

■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, 夏季休暇, 年末年始

以下はスタッフ及びシニアスタッフに求める要件です。

＜必須条件＞
・法人税申告書（法人所得税および消費税申告書）の作成および提出の経験
・記帳および年次決算の経験
・法人税申告書における税務調整の経験（例：引当金の調整、消費税の差異、交際費、過大な支払利息、中小企業/非中小企業の判定、役員報酬の理解と調整など）
・英語力（読み書きにおいて十分なレベル）
・Microsoft Officeの使用経験（ExcelにおけるSUM関数、IF関数、ピボットテーブルの使用経験）

＜尚可条件＞
・税理士事務所での勤務経験
・日商簿記2級保有
・柔軟な発想で、新しい環境に順応できる方
・外国人のメンバーと一緒に仕事をした経験



＜MUST＞
Experience in preparing and submitting corporate tax returns (corporate income tax and consumption tax returns)
Experience in bookkeeping and year-end closing
Experience in tax adjustments for corporate tax returns (e.g., adjusting for accruals, consumption tax differences, entertainment expenses, excessive interest payments, non-SME/SME determination, understanding and adjusting directors remuneration, etc.).
English proficiency (reading and writing at a competent level).
Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel experience with SUM, IF functions, and Pivot tables).

＜NICE TO HAVE＞
Experience working at a tax accountant office.
Possession of Level 2 in the Japan Bookkeeping Certification.
Ability to adapt to new environments with flexible thinking.
Experience working with foreign team members.
