As IT Technical Support, you will ensure the proper functioning of our IT infrastructure and be the point of contact for DC employees in the event of an IT issue.
1. You will install/reinstall computers, printers, and IT hardware and respond to any issues.
2. You will troubleshoot terminals (verifying configuration, identifying problems, and repairing/solving them).
3. You will monitor IT equipment, keep the peripheral list up to date, verify warranties, and manage existing IT inventory.
4. You will be responsible for hardware repairs and perform IT cabling (network and power) to optimize the workspace.
5. You will follow existing procedures when responding to calls and work to improve them.
■休日:完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, GW, 夏季休暇, 年末年始

年齢制限の理由 -
Experience preferred in one or more of the following:
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or demonstrate relevant experience in a similar role.
• You have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• You are familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems, and you have knowledge of hardware (various cards, printers, etc.) and networking (IP, mask, subnet, switches, cabling, etc.).
Business skills:
• PC, MS Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Highly customer- and results-oriented, you communicate effectively with your various contacts to resolve their issues and satisfy your internal customers;
