Finance:
- Complete group financial reporting packages (Flash/Anadata/RC/CAP Conso), tax return and treasury management with support from
outsourced accounting firm
- Coordinate Budget and strategy preparation according to Group principles
- Provide feedback to Group management related to financial affairs and intercompany reconciliation (AP/AR)
- Others Finance related tasks from Asia head office
Human Resources:
- Manage all daily HR activities of Japan office (recruitment, C&B, training, staffing, Talent Management, Employee Relationship)
- Implementation of corporate / head office projects
- HRIS management
- Deliver HR support and advice for senior management
- Others HR related tasks from Asia head office
Internal control & Compliance:
- Ensure Implementation of group internal control framework to local site
- Supervise periodic self – audit
- Update local delegation letters, internal authority levels, local procedure manual to meet requirements from group internal control
- Annually update the local integrity roadmap
- Organize and conduct awareness raising and face to face training sessions (at least once a year)
- Monitor the achievement of mandatory e learnings
- Approve gifts, hospitality, donations and sponsorships according to applicable rules
- Ensure that all related registers, as well as the incident register, are well kept
- Ensure that due-diligences are actually performed where needed and in accordance
- Collect, report and investigate about actual or alleged incidents
- Periodically give updates about integrity related issues during local management meetings
Administration:
- Develop and execute administrative policies.
- Oversee daily operations of company’s administrative procedures
- Manage all company administration activities
- Act as Fire Prevention, Disaster Prevention Administrator
- Lead Local security audit
- Communicate with the building management (mainly security)
- Communicate with the flower maintenance vendor (monthly)
Legal support:
- Apply company registration, seal registration
- Control of the seal of representative director
- Paperwork and communication with the Corp at the OGM, EGM matters with the legal support
- Review the admin contract and filling
■休日:完全週休二日制, 土, 日, GW, 夏季休暇, 年末年始
