経理・財務 - 経理(非上場)

当社の経理(シニアアカウンタント)として与信管理、売掛金管理、経費精算を中心に、GL業務（リース、固定資産管理、税務、グループ監査対応）に従事頂きます。ご経験と能力により、将来のマネジャー候補として期待されるポジションです。

【業務内容】
・与信管理担当業務。
親会社の担当部署と営業の橋渡し役となり、与信額の設定依頼、交渉を行う。
・売掛金管理業務。
売掛金消込業務、及び営業、営業サポートに未収金問合せ、入金差額の問合せを行う。
全社向けに未収金レポートを配信する。
・楽楽精算を利用した経費精算業務。
・経理業務手順の改善サポート。
売掛金管理業務を中心に、改善の提案、実行を行う。
・会計システム（SAP）、及び他システムのエラー処理。
・他メンバーの経理業務、システムエラーサポート。
・リース契約の管理、固定資産の管理。
・税務申告、グループ監査のサポート。
・会社法、税法、US会計基準の準じた会計処理。

Senior Accountant responsibilities include Credit Control including Account Receivable Management, T&E, support Lease and Fixed Asset Management, Tax, and Group Audit. A successful Senior Accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to maintain accurate general ledger in a timely manner, manage customer sales and outstanding receivables. The ideal candidate has also experience collaborating and/or managing a team of Accountants.

【RESPONSIBILITIES】
• Be a point of contact of credit control and set up the credit limit liaise with HQ.
• Review and change the process of credit control if necessary.
• Analyze the credit amount per customer to ensure the effective credit is set up.
• Manage Account Receivable (AR) to ensure AR is collected on time.
• Understand the structure of customer master to set up a customer credit amount effectively.
• Review and improve application of customer payment at month end to ensure AR balance is correctly maintained on time.
• Supervise or support accountants to prevent and handle SAP errors in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP principles and Japan Tax rules.
• Manage T&E (Travel & Expenses).
• Manage Lease contracts, and fixed asset management as a Fixed Asset accountant.
• Support Tax filing and Group Annual Audit.

■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, 年末年始

【必須】
• 5年以上の経理経験　　財務諸表の作成・編集を含め財務会計に精通

【尚可】
• シニアアカウンタント（又は同等レベル）として、複雑な状況下で効果的に業務を遂行しながらスタッフやプロジェクトを率いた実績
• SAP S4/HANAの経験（なければ、ERP経験）
