商品企画・販売促進 - PMM（プロダクトマーケティングマネージャー）

- Conducting monthly marketing meeting with all sales channels and CRM managers for aligning and monitoring actions, activity report and so on… + regular meetings to review pipeline, overcome challenges brainstorming with all to find solutions, providing training and best practice to ensure the best performance of the team.
- Gathering, creating (if local), ordering and providing tools and materials for the effective functioning of the sales team (Visuals, leaflets, commercial book, MD, …)
- Analyzing Marketing performance and providing market research, competitors analyses, campaigns results and consumers trends
- In light with above, adjusting the marketing plan and suggesting new key actions to make the business moving forward (new products creation, campaigns…)
- Managing merchandizing in store with Window/display creation/ordering/providing, internal information sharing and reporting
- Creating, implementing, and supervising, by coordinating our press agency, a powerful media plan, including press releases adaptation and creation, PR event management, reporting and so one

■休日：週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, 年末年始

- At least 5 years of experience in similar role, for a luxury brand and/or in food industry would be a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent team leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Successful track records and marketing analyses
- Results-driven
- Proven project management success
- Proficiency with Office, content management system and design software (Photoshop, illustrator…)
