経理・財務 - 税理士

・グローバルに展開するクライアント企業の分析、クライアントのビジネスに係る資料・情報収集・整理、インタビュー実施、ビジネス内容のまとめ。
・移転価格ポリシーの策定、各種移転価格に係る国際税務プランニング、ベンチマーク分析、移転価格文書作成、事前確認取得支援（APA）、相互協議支援、無形資産の価値評価（バリュエーション）、税務調査対応支援等。
・シニア・マネージャー・パートナーの指示に沿って、上記の業務を実施。

・Clients’ business analysis through information and data gathering, interviews, etc.
・Design of transfer pricing policy, transfer pricing planning, benchmark analysis, preparation of the transfer pricing documentation, support for obtaining the agreement on Advance Pricing Arrangement (APA), support for mutual agreement procedure, valuation, audit defense, etc.
・The new joiner is expected to perform the above tasks as per the Senior/Manager/Partner’s guidance.

■休日：週休二日制, 土, 日, 夏季休暇, 年末年始

＜必須条件＞
・移転価格未経験者でも可
・英語の読み書き能力。会話日常レベル～ビジネスレベル
・PCスキル（Word/Excel/PowerPoint）
・誠実感、熱意、責任感、コミュニケーション能力

＜尚可条件＞
・簿記知識（財務会計・管理会計の基礎知識）
・会計事務所における勤務経験、事業会社の財務・経理業務の経験

MUST
・Basic English skill
・PC Skill (Word/Excel/PowerPoint）
・Integrity, passion, responsibility, communication skill

NICE TO HAVE
・Basic knowledge in financial/managerial accounting
・Experience in working for an accounting/tax firm or in financial/accounting/control departments in corporates
