Job Purpose:
Manager supports Director of Finance and leads various finance related projects/initiatives on ad-hoc or routine basis involving other managers within finance organization as well as other functional groups within the company to accelerate value creation as finance organization.
Also, Manager runs day to day finance and accounting operations together with managers within finance organization and backup other managers position as necessary, to ensure continuous fulfillment of the role of finance organization in Japan.

•Native Japanese and Business or above English skill
•7-10 years of experience as finance at commercial business, including experience in a good Audit firm and international business (preferred).
•Understanding overall finance and accounting operations and having broader finance and accounting experience
•USGAAP and JGAAP skills (USCPA and/or JCPA preferred)
