＜概要＞
The Industry Solution Architect provides sales support and delivery leadership across the Customer engagement lifecycle, leveraging Industry and Implementation best practices, enabling Customer Success through the delivery of end-to-end solution designs that realize intended business outcomes and value.

＜具体的には・・・＞
・Provide solution architecture expertise in the Sales Process, leading Infor Engage phase as appropriate.
　Assessing the process catalogue fit and providing input to the industry solution score.
　セールスプロセスにおけるソリューションアーキテクチャの専門知識を提供し、
　必要に応じてInfor Engageフェーズをリードする。プロセスカタログの適合性を評価し、
　業界のソリューションスコアにインプットを提供する。

・Ensuring the solution scope and end-to-end architecture design are fully aligned with
　the Customer’s business outcomes and roadmap. (lead the Design Authority)
　ソリューションのスコープとエンドツーエンドのアーキテクチャ設計が、
　お客様のビジネス成果とロードマップに完全に合致していることを確認すること。
　顧客のビジネス成果およびロードマップに完全に整合させる。(設計権限をリードする）

・Support Advanced Services innovation agenda by leading Innovation workshops & identifying use cases
　イノベーションワークショップを主導し、ユースケースを特定することで、
　アドバンスドサービスのイノベーションアジェンダをサポートする。

・Drive continuous improvement of methods, industry best practices, processes and solutions / products
　手法、業界のベストプラクティス、プロセス、ソリューション／製品の継続的改善を推進する。

・Best Practice knowledge sharing and active participation in relevant Industry Communities of Practice
　ベストプラクティスの知識共有と、関連する業界コミュニティ・オブ・プラクティスへの積極的な参加

・Continually drive own Personal Development journey through both enablement programs and through experience
　—will have graduated from Professional level of Architect Academy
　アーキテクトアカデミーのプロフェッショナルレベルを卒業していること。

＜必須条件＞
・Deep understanding of the Automotive industry with minimum 5 years of relevant project delivery experience
　in this space
　自動車業界に対する深い理解と、同業界における5年以上の関連プロジェクトデリバリー経験

・2-3 years of relevant ERP solution architecture or ERP lead consultant experience across process,
　data, application and technology.
　プロセス、データ、アプリケーション、テクノロジーにわたる2～3年のERPソリューションアーキテクチャ
　またはERPリードコンサルタントの経験

・Advanced knowledge of a structured Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect framework, methodology and practices.
　構造化されたエンタープライズアーキテクトまたはソリューションアーキテクトのフレームワーク、
　方法論、プラクティスに関する高度な知識

・Proven ability to design and lead as a solution architect across process,
　data, application and technology simultaneously
　プロセス、データ、アプリケーション、テクノロジーを同時に設計し、
　ソリューションアーキテクトとしてリードする実証済みの能力

・Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English required
　日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーションスキル

・Project experiences working with a global members communicating in English.

＜歓迎条件＞
・Obtained EA-related qualifications/certifications such as TOGAF
　TOGAF等のEA関連資格・認定取得者

・Experience in ERP project management in a vendor environment is preferred
　ベンダー環境でのERPプロジェクトマネジメント経験者優遇

・Excellent people skills to lead and manage the Infor solution architect, consultant and the customer stakeholders.
