1.Treasury Management
(a)Management of payments according to the Project Company’s contracts (EPC, O&M, surveillance, land lease, security, external advisors, etc.).
(b)Management of interest payments and principal repayments, as per the requirements of the relevant financing contracts entered into.
(c)Follow-up of the Project Company’s revenue collections.

2.Bookkeeping and Administration
(a)Seeking approval and processing of supplier invoices, according to the project contracts.

3.Tax Management and Regulatory Compliance
(a)Coordination with external accountant for calculation and filing of the Project Company’s tax declarations.

4.Compliance with Finance Documents
(a)Preparation of the reporting to the financing entities due by the Project Company, according to the information obligations defined in the loan agreements and finance documents.
(b)Periodic calculation of project finance ratios (e.g. Debt Service Cover Ratio, Debt/Equity ratio, etc.) and submission to the financing entities.

5.Reporting
(a)Submission, on a monthly basis, of the AM report
(b)Furnish an annual operating report 30 days after the end of Dec
(c)Preparation and submission of financial reporting required by regulatory entities, if applicable.

6.General Project Management
(a)Storage and management of the original project documents
(b)Procure, maintain, and renew insurance
(c)Maintain the operating logs, records, and reports sufficient to meet reporting requirements
