仕事内容：
科学的エビデンス及び医療ニーズに基いて、オンコロジー領域以外での自社グローバル開発品の臨床開発戦略・計画を立案する
・研究段階～早期臨床段階の自社グローバル開発プロジェクトのターゲット・プロダクト・プロファイル（TPP）、臨床開発計画（ CDP）の立案を、プロジェクトチームと共に実行する。
・プロジェクトの戦略策定と実行を通して、医学専門家の立場から、プロジェクトリーダー/メンバーを育成する。
・グローバルKOLとのネットワークを構築し、プロジェクト戦略の立案・実行に有用かつ必要な情報を収集する。

Description of work:
Establish clinical development strategies and plans for in-house global development projects in oncology area based on scientific evidence and medical needs
・Formulate the target product profile (TPP) and clinical development plan (CDP) of in-house global development projects from the research stage to the early clinical stage with the project teams
・Foster project leaders / project members from a medical expert's perspective through project strategy development and execution
・Build a network of Global KOL and collect useful and necessary information for planning and execution of project strategy

■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, GW, 夏季休暇, 年末年始

求める経験：
・指導医あるいは専門医相当の資格を有しての診療経験3年以上
・医師または企業臨床開発担当者としての「臨床試験」の経験
・基礎研究あるいは臨床研究に主体的に取り組んだ経験

Desired experience：
・> 3 years experience in clinical practice as an instructor, a board certified physician or equivalent
・Experience in Phase 1 studies as a physician or pharmaceutical company's clinical staff
・Experience in basic research, translational research or clinical research

・メディカルドクター
・TOEIC : 785点以上（CFER B2以上）
