■Your Role
 ソフトウェアの要件を定義・更新・レビューする
Define/Update/Review software requirements
 ソフトウェア アーキテクチャを開発・定義する
Develop/Define software architecture
 詳細なソフトウェア設計と、それを適切に反映した検証済みソフトウェアコンポーネント
を作成する
Develop a detailed SW design and produce verified software components that properly reflect the
SW design.
 コーディング戦略に基づいてSWを開発する
Develop SW according to the coding strategy.
 チェックアウト・テストの実施
Run check out testing
 インドチームとコミュニケーションをとり、要件の説明やレビュー、SW設計、問題管理
などを行う
Communicate with Indian team to explain/review requirement, SW design and issue management.
 顧客とコミュニケーションをとり、要件の定義や、問題の分析を含むテスト結果の報告を
行う
Communicate with customer to define requirement, report test results including issue analysis.

■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 夏季休暇

【必須】
・問題解決ツールの知識（5Y、Fish Bone)
Structured problem solving tools (5Y, Fish Bone)
・技術報告およびサマリーに関する能力
Proficiency on technical reporting and summary
・英語と日本語でのコミュニケーション能力
Ability to communicate in English and Japanese

・製品開発プロセスの知識（ASpice, ISO26262）
Product Development Process knowledge (ASpice, ISO26262)
・工学修士号、または学士号取得後、関連する実務経験を有する方
Master’s degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s degree with relevant years of experience
・車載ネットワークトポロジーやHWスキーマ、デバッグのスキル
Vehicle network topology, HW schema and debugging skills
・開発製品のドメイン知識に関する実務経験
Prior experience of domain knowledge for developed products
・顧客対応経験
Customer contact experience
・自主的に行動し、結果を出すことに強い情熱を持っている方。行動に対して高い責任感を持ち、オーナーとして行動できる方
