メディカル・バイオ - 前臨床（薬効薬理・毒性・ADME）

仕事内容：
ご本人の希望やこれまでの経験・スキルに応じて以下のような研究に取り組んでいただきます。
・医薬品分子設計に必要な機械学習技術の開発
　（深層生成モデルを用いた分子生成、ベイズ最適化を用いた実験計画等）
・機械学習技術を用いた創薬プロジェクトの推進"

You will:
・Develop machine learning technology for drug design, e.g., molecular generation using deep generative models and experimental design based on Bayesian optimization.
・Drive drug discovery projects exploitng machine learning technology

■休日：完全週休二日制, 祝日, GW, 年末年始

求める経験
学会あるいは学術誌での機械学習に関する論文採択経験 (必須)
バイオインフォマティクス、ケモインフォマティクス分野での研究経験 (尚可)
機械学習を用いた分子設計の経験 (尚可)

Required Qualifications:
・Experience in acceptance of reaseach papers related to machine learning on conferences or journals.
・Research experience in computational biology or chemoinformatics
・Experience on drug design using machine learning

求めるスキル・知識・能力
医学・薬学・理学・情報学・工学系の博士号、または相当の研究実績
Python, Pytorchによるプログラミング能力（必須）
異分野の専門家と共同で研究を推進できるコミュニケーション能力（必須）

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
・Doctoral degree in medicine, pharmacy, agriculture, chemistry, physics, mathematics, informatics, engineering, or extraordinary PhD-equivalent research achievements.
・Expertise in programming in Python and Pytorch.
・Excellent communication skills: you will conduct research in collaboration with experts from a variety of fields.
・Proficiency in Japanese is not mandatory.

・一定以上の英語力（目安：TOEIC 730点以上）

・Proficient English skills required (TOEIC score: 730 or above)
