Lead & be accountable for sustainable growth of PERM/STYLING/MEN/SKIN category + Develop NEW cross-category BRAND for Global Professional
- Multiple-categories: Hair care, Perm, Styling, Men, Skincare, Make-up
*Mainly New brand(Hair care), Perm and Men.
(No NPD for styling, skincare and make-up)
- New cross-category brand launch in 2022-23 for portfolio extension
- Global Category Strategy/Planning/Performance tracking
- Innovative NPD / Marketing Project management & execution
- Collaboration/Communication with stakeholders, country teams
- Develop talents & motivate all group members

■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, 年末年始

'10+ yrs NPD/marketing experience
*Specific required years is depending on the background and experience.
- Global category strategy development & annual action plan
- NPD, 360 marketing, on/offline communication
- Region/Country collaboration & steering
- KPI tracking, budget management
Strategic, analytical, conceptual creative skills
Multi-project, cross-functional project management skills
Digital mindset and basic digital skill set
People development experience
International experience, Asia preferred
Business English/Japanese
Beauty market experience (ideal), if not, it depends on the experience of brand marketing and brand strategy in other industries.
