仕事内容
・当社が主導する臨床試験・臨床研究における国内外データマネジメントCROのオーバーサイト
・目的に応じた効果的なCROオーバーサイト手法の検討と実装
・臨床試験・臨床研究におけるeSourceの活用検討と最適なデータマネジメントプロセスの策定
・各種データ標準の管理、検討
・データエンジニアリング：データ二次利用のためのデータ基盤へのデータ格納/払出し、新規データ種の格納プロセス策定

■休日：完全週休二日制, 年末年始

求める経験：
データマネジャーとして、臨床試験の品質管理計画策定から終了までの経験

以下の記載事項のいくつかで経験があること
・業務効率化やデータ管理/活用システム導入等のプロジェクトリード
・所属組織において、標準業務手順書（SOP）作成、ガイドライン新設および周知活動の実施
・CROへ委託したデータマネジメント業務オーバーサイト
・書面調査等申請対応
・業界団体等で行われるタスクフォースへの参加
・論文や学会/シンポジウム/ワークショップの発表で著者・共著者としての貢献
・データエンジニアリング業務（基盤構築、キュレーション、ビジュアライズ, ライフサイクル管理）

Desired experience：
Experience in clinical trials from quality control planning to study close as a data manager

Experience with some of the following tasks;
・Project leader for business streamlining and/or implementation of data management/utilization systems, etc.
・Establishment of standard operating procedures (SOP) and guidelines, and implementation of dissemination activities
・Oversight of CRO data management operations
・NDA(New Drug Application) related activities, paper-based compliance inspection, etc.
・Participation in task forces conducted by industry organizations, etc.
・Contribute as an author/co-author in papers and presentations at academic conferences/symposia/workshops
・Data Engineering Activities (Infrastructure construction, curation, visualization, lifecycle management)
