メディカル・バイオ - 創薬・テクニシャン

仕事内容：
創薬研究に用いるヒト外挿モデル動物において、以下の研究を推進する。
・遺伝子改変動物作製を目的とするベクター構築
・発生工学技術を用いた遺伝子改変動物の作製
・病態モデル動物の表現型解析
・ヒトの病態を外挿するモデル動物の立案および樹立
・創薬アイデアの創出とプロジェクトの企画立案

Description of work:
Create valuable mouse models mimicing human diseases for drug discovery.
- Vector construction for the production of GM mice.
- Production of GM mice using developmental engineering technology.
- Phenotypic analysis of mouse models.
- Design and establisment of disease models.
- Idea creation and project planning for drug discovery.

■休日：完全週休二日制, 年末年始

求める経験
・医学・薬学・工学・生物系修士卒以上（博士号を取得している者が望ましい）
・病態モデル動物開発の経験
・発生工学、生殖工学、分子生物学、実験動物学、などの研究経験

Desired experience:
・MS or equivalents in biology (Preferred: PhD in biology)
・Experience in developming mouse models
・Experience in developmental engineering/molecular biology/animal experiment

・発生工学、生殖工学、実験動物学のスキル・知識
・分子生物学、ゲノム編集などのスキル・知識を有していることが望ましい
・バイオセーフティーおよび動物倫理の知識
・社内外の研究者と協働して研究立案および実行する能力
・メンバーとの優れたコミュニケーションスキル

Desired skills/knowledge/abilities:
・Knowledge and skill in developmental engineering/animal experiment
・(Preferred) Knowledge and skill in molecular biology/genome editing
・Knowledge in biosafety and animal ethics
・Ability to plan and execute experiments together with various partners
・Excellent communication skills with team and other members

(Preferred) Good written and verbal communication in English. Equivalent to TOEIC score of >700.
