仕事内容：
創薬研究および臨床開発のプロジェクトにおいて、オミックス解析による創薬標的／バイオマーカー探索、作用機序解析を推進する

・各種オミックスデータ（ゲノミクスあるいはプロテオミクス）の解析
※経験に応じた役割設定を想定
・上記研究計画の立案と実行
・オミックス解析の対象は主に（空間、シングルセル）トランスクリプトーム、エピゲノム、プロテオームを想定

Responsibilities:
You promote the following studies in drug discovery research and clinical development projects.

- Analysis of various omics data (genomics or proteomics)
*Assumed roles based on experience
- Improvement and development of LC-MS/MS and NGS data analysis tools
- Drug discovery hypothesis building, mechanism elucidation, and research plan planning based on various omics data

求める経験：
・（空間、シングルセル）トランスクリプトーム、エピゲノム、プロテオーム解析などの研究経験（WetとDryの両方）
歓迎要件
・当該業務領域におけるリーダーポジション相当の実務経験
求めるスキルに以下を追加
・組織、細胞からのサンプル調製、アフィニティー精製などの基本的な生化学、分子生物学の実験スキル

求めるスキル・知識・能力：
・医学／薬学／工学／生物系のいずれかで修士卒以上で博士号を取得、または相当の実務経験
・Python, R等のプログラミングスキル
・疾患や薬剤作用機序理解のための生物学的知識

求める行動特性：
・好奇心を持ち、真摯に取り組む姿勢
・スキルのアップデートに前向きに取り組み、課題解決のための自発的な行動する。
・関連部署との建設的なコミュニケーションへの積極性

Must have (Skill / Knowledge / Ability):
- Experience in bioinformatics (either genomics or proteomics data analysis)
- Experience in a leadership position in the field of bioinformatics
- Experience in omics experiments using LC-MS/MS and NGS

Nice-to-have:
- Experience in building and improving data analysis pipelines

Nice-to-have(Skill / Knowledge / Ability):
- A master's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, engineering, or biological sciences, and Ph.D. or equivalent professional experience
- Programming skills in Python, R, etc.
- Biological knowledge to understand disease and drug mechanism of action
