仕事内容：
ご本人の希望やこれまでの経験・スキルに応じて以下のような研究に取り組んでいただきます。

・大規模疾患ゲノム情報・リアルワールドデータ・病理画像などの医療ビッグデータから、疾患原因遺伝子・バイオマーカー・薬剤作用機序を同定するための高度データマイニング手法の開発
・ゲノム・トランスクリプトーム・プロテオームなどの生命情報から細胞・組織あるいは生体レベルのデジタルツインを構築し、in silicoでのシミュレーション実験を可能にするための人工知能技術の開発

You will:
・Develop advanced data mining methods for identifying disease-causing genes, drug biomarkers, and mode of action within medical big data (e.g., large-scale clinical genomics data, real-world data, pathological images)
・Develop cutting edge artificial intelligence technologies that can construct cell-, tissue- or patient-level digital twins from biological data (e.g. genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics data) for use in in silico simulations.

■休日：完全週休二日制, 祝日, GW, 年末年始

求める経験
・医学・薬学・農学・化学・物理学・数学・情報学・工学系の博士号、または相当の研究実績
・Python, Rなどのプログラミングでの３年以上の実務経験（必須）
・バイオインフォマティクス、ケモインフォマティクス分野での研究経験（尚可）
・数理モデリング、システム生物学に関する専門知識（尚可）
・生成モデル、多変数時系列モデリング、転移学習、ベイズ最適化などの深層学習に関する専門知識（尚可）

Required Qualifications:
・Doctoral degree in medicine, pharmacy, agriculture, chemistry, physics, mathematics, informatics, engineering, or extraordinary PhD-equivalent research achievements.
・3 or more years of work experience using programming languages such as Python and R.
・Excellent communication skills: you will conduct research in collaboration with experts from a variety of fields.

・異分野の専門家と共同で研究を推進できるコミュニケーション能力（必須）
・SQL等のデータベース操作のスキル（尚可）
・AWS等のクラウドコンピューティング環境での業務経験（尚可）
・TOEIC700点相当以上の英語力(尚可）

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
・Research experience in the fields of bioinformatics and chemoinformatics.
・Expertise in mathematical modeling and systems biology.
・Expertise in deep learning, including generative modeling, multivariable time series modeling, transfer learning, and Bayesian optimization.
・Skill in database operations (e.g., SQL scripting)
・Experience with a cloud computing environment such as AWS.
・English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC score >700
・Proficiency in Japanese is not mandatory.
