- Hold regular performance evaluation meetings with GBM team members and set OKRs every bi-month and create a professional development plan for their growth.
Build the Business
- Be accountable for the top-line performance and growth targets of the market.
- Drive business development strategy with close collaboration with sales teams.
- Cooperate with sales teams to ensure key client growth plans.
- Drive a new business by providing strong marketing support such as a C-level pitch, sales enablement, marketing solution, and so on with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with all teams to help open up broader opportunities around clients.
Built the Brand
- Drive the brand transformation of TikTok to be a trustable platform in the market.
- Work closely with our leadership team to define a clear market positioning.
- Be a public spokesperson on industry issues and be a voice of TikTok For Business; externally promote TikTok For Business by contributing to the trade press.
- Be a thought leader at events related to clients or our partners or industry Orgs.
- Lead TikTok For Business's overall reputation and outstanding client engagement.
Build the Ecosystem
- Foster our TikTok universe that allows agencies to sell TikTok ads autonomously.
- Position TikTok as an attractive platform for production companies and MCNs.
- Provide education on TikTok planning to planners at ecosystem related companies.
- Demystify the TikTok planning equation and make methodologies widely available.
- Build strong relationships with agency C-level and become TikTok evangelists.
