Responsibility
Supporting local business growth through the following HR perspectives.
1)Supporting functional onboarding & engagement
2)Culture transformation & change management
3)Performance and Talent Management
4)Succession & Manpower Planning
5)People Cost Management
6)Reward, Recognition & Retention practices.
7)Supporting Line Manager Capability Building
8)Talent Acquisition (Internal promotion, transfer)
9)Employee relations
10)Global & Regional initiative deployment to local organization
11)Training needs analysis and facilitation
12)Employee experience custodian and culture ambassador
13)Managing overall HR & general affair issues as a team■休日:完全週休二日制
- 求める経験

【必須要件】
・Experience leading a team and working as a leader.
・More than 5 years of HR related work experience.
・Business level English.
・Excel/Power Point skills.
【歓迎要件】
・ Business experience in the retail industry at operating companies, service industries, and chain development.
・Work experience at a foreign-affiliated company■職種未経験者:不可
