• Build and execute an Account or Territory plan for each assigned account or territory to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction for respective region.
• Develop and maintain strong field and cross-functional relationships internally to help drive account success.
• Drive timely renewals, increase attainment, reduce customer churn and positively influence revenue growth.
• Subject matter expertise and advisory on renewal operations (Pipeline management, deal drafting, BU approvals, etc.)
• Field engagement with customers when required.
• Partner effectively with the Channel Sales Team to drive territory coverage.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with channel partner.
• Keep up to date knowledge of the industry as well as competitive position of the company.

•10+ years’ experience in the fields of sales, customer success, or renewals.
•Business level English language skills
