As a Consultant in Reward, Talent & Communication, you will be responsible for leading project teams, managing experienced talent, and facilitating the development of less experienced associates through coaching and mentoring. As an Assessment Consultant – you will partner with other senior consultants and leaders within Talent & Rewards in order to promote and manage our initiatives around Talent and Organization within Japan. You will work beside some of the industry’s top consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills.
You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments where you join executive assessment and/or succession planning interviews and write-up thorough assessment reports with the help of senior consultants. You will have opportunities to learn business psychology in details through projects and acquire qualifications of psychometric assessment.
These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry expertise in the business area you join.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of all projects
Provide leadership in projects of assessment, performance evaluation, 360 feedback, competency and career management, succession planning, organizational design, culture and EVP
Enhance the company’s presence in the market through efforts that include developing affiliations in the professional community, writing articles and delivering memorable, noteworthy speeches/presentations
Partner with corporate marketing to develop creative marketing strategies and collateral materials
