■Job Description
Provide IT support to Dassault Systemes members, especially members located in Japan as a business partner to keep Dassault Systemes’s business growing
• Setup and configuration of local IT environment. (Laptops, phones, printers)
• Manage deployment of end user devices & work environment
• Conduct user orientation and training.
• Maintain local IT Infrastructure according to business needs and corporate policy (LAN, Server & Storage, Audiovisual)
• Ensure incident resolution based on Support SLA
• Participate in budget process
• Contribute to corporate projects.

- 求める経験

■Competencies Required
<Mandatory Skills>
• 4 years+ client PC support in a Windows environment
• 3 years+ Windows server install, management & troubleshooting experience
• 3 years+ Cisco network install, management and troubleshooting experience
• Executive support experience
<Preferred but not Essential Skills / Experience>
• Administration knowledge of non-Windows OS such as Linux and Mac
• Any kind of data base management skills
• Virtual server (VMware) install, management and troubleshooting experience
■Candidate Background
Minimum 5-7 years IT Support & Administration experience
• Up-to-date certifications preferred (MCP, CCNA, etc.)
