日本国内でシェア拡大を狙うにあたり、営業チームをまとめるダイレクターを募集します。
■休日:完全週休二日制, 夏季休暇, 年末年始

Academic & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is highly preferred
Over 10 years successful selling experience (achieving targets) both of B2B and B2C
Experience managing multiple teams
Industrial segment business experience is highly preferred
Practical minded with a technical / mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply new
product or technical knowledge
Determination to build a career with a forward-thinking business
General:
Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
Experience managing a high-performance sales & end-user team
Experience in setting up business infrastructure and building a team
Languages – Native Japanese language and knowledge of English preferred
Good IT skills e.g., MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet, CRM etc.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving and relationship building skills
Excellent planning and time management skills
A highly motivated self-starter with strong individual and team working skills
